Oh man, seeing this thread reminded me what a big fan I was of the Seed and Destiny series haha. Look what I dug up from my old closet! Snapped a few quick pictures with my phone camera, I think they still look quite good in the pictures.

Why the parts keep falling off ah?

Got MG Banshee.

I think all their MG Unicorn stock got cleared in June at Taka

$25 for a piece of MG leh.

Hey guys, kinda new here. Just wondering if anyone came across the 3rd party gundam kit from taobao before? Hows the build quality?

Dragon momo is good.

The rest not so much, can classify as fakes.

3rd party kits usually fitting not as good and more seamline, mold line, sink marks to be clear.
need more work to make it look good. so more suitable for more experienced modellers.

even dragon momoko also sometime have problem. their MGctallgeese3 fitting is super jialat

Based on my experience 3rd party kits have fitting issues(parts don't fit), quality issues(plastic quality not as good), etc.

Dragon Momoko is the exception but my experience with them is parts too tight

Thanks guys! Yea Dragon momoko was the one i saw! I feel they have better detail than bandai's...just not too sure if the joints are at least on par or better

I believe the only kit that they copied metal build was Destiny so far. Strike was based on Bandai PG.

Nex atrium having bandai model kits exhibit/sale! Most things 25% off, some items quite discounted to the point where it's almost on par with buying in original price in yen (for star wars kits).

not much cheap gunpla deals though

Check for 7-Eleven exclusive kits.

If not ish P-Bandai stuff lor, the box is in monochrome colour.

Or just get Petitguys

Really depend on the person you're giving to.

He might already have the kits you wish to get for him.

• MG Full Armor Gundam Thunder Bolt Ver. Ka
• RG Sinanju

7-Eleven is also releasing rare, exclusive, only available in Japan kits on 18th Nov 16

If u are in tokyo, go to divercity in odaiba and buy those gundam tokyo front editions
