Thanks. Heres the inner frame of the rg freedom:

A little twist to all the freedom spam recently First time building a model with inner frame. Really impressed with the articulation. Finished the build on exia. Going to panel line soon. Will upload pics.

U can detail up e inner frame if u wan, jus some pic of simple detailing I hav done for my freedom for your quick ref

Thanks. This is hand painted right? Im worried about painting such small details, having no prior experience to hand painting. Details such as types of paint, size of brush, thinneraint ratio, etc. that i have no idea of. Can the whole inner frame be spray painted instead of select areas? Would it cause the movement to be reduced?

Nice Freedom btw. Chrome beam handles Shadowed?

shadowed? the term we usually use is weathering/shading.
btw sliver spray paint his kits

everything has to start somewhere, i first started handpainting too.

type of paint (for handpainting) - acrylic/enamel preferably. lacquer dries up too fast and you will end up with brush marks most of the time.

Size of brush - depends on the details?

thinner to paint ratio - cant help you on this as i cant remember... lol

Also, how do u shade with a spray can? I thought that effect only can be done with airbrush...

I started straight with spray cans. The last time i touched a brush was when i was 6. My only problem with spray cans is its high wastetage.
