wow nice! Almost 600psf cheaper than the M most recently transacted 2bedder unit, with nicer architecture and finishing, similar prices to lake view TWR..

And also about 600psf cheaper than Martin Modern recent transaction.

Really Huatkuey! Even if 2450psf! Guoco probably learnt the lesson of sensitive pricing from Midtown Bay. Prices were cheaper than expected.
