That’s why prices of D15 is picking up and running along D9/10/11, just whether D7 would run ahead of the three prime district.

No one keen? :o Where are all the rich sinkie. Shophouses are the best form of property investment for individuals in my opinion with good returns and maintenance of value. Rare and unique. Rent out the ground floor and stay upstair. And... no ABSD!

honestly, I don't understand this pricing strategy (not for Midtown Modern, just for new launches in general). the remaining units are more expensive, so in order to attract buyers they'll... raise the prices? :LOL:

It's normal. They raise price first. After a few months, no one buying, they give promotion like 11.11 sales. Then people feel shiok when buy during sales. :sneaky:
