floor plans out le. 904 no balcony. sounds good for us. haha.
No store too
ya. means need to do more carpentry for storage. but on paper now, looks to be more suitable for us with more useful space.
Without storeroom, I wonder how people store ladder, vacuum cleaner etc.
Inexperienced, never had this problem personally.
Carpentry with big/tall compartments to hide these bulky items?
That is why i prefer to have store/HS and have a rack there
Think there’s a trend from 2013 launches onwards, most of the new development no in unit bomb shelter de.
It came back quite recently especially since the new URA average size rule increased.
Im with you on the bomb shelter too. Even for 1 bedder I prefer a bomb shelter than having to do carpentry works to hide luggages.
Glad bay windows & planter boxes are a thing of the past. Very rare to see new launches with bay window now, the most recent was Iveria with its weird layout.
Midtown Modern: Living in a forest in the midst of the city
“Midtown Modern will preview on the weekend of March 6 and 7. Prices range from $1.1 million ($2,689 psf), for a 409 sq ft, one-bedroom unit, to $14.98 million ($4,256 psf) for the bigger penthouse of 3,520 sq ft. In terms of psf prices, they start from $2,400, and go well above $4,000 psf for the penthouses, given that there are only two”

i woldnt count Anglo-Chinese School, Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, National Junior College as "fairly accessible" from Bugis even though its a straight route

Between utility and bomb shelter, i will prefer the former. But if we include any of these for the smaller bedders, it will increase the quantum.
This may be a deal breaker for price sensitive investors.![]()
