honest review? abit underwhelming

went today.. not impressed with porcelain tile floors.. pull out wardrobe doors instead of sliding..

reef felt alot more premium.

pros: layout is efficient and also upon taking a drive around the area, realised it's really very convenient

The finishing really does feel underwhelming (though imo higher grade than the M) and lack the premium flair that I hd thought it would offer.

How’s the interest in the project? Many cheques collected?

i saw the showroom before. tomorrow bringing my dad go see.

finishing not that important to us. we are personally prioritizing location and convenience.

How does the finishing compare against Duo? From a tenant’s perspective

Imo, I feel it’s poorer maybe dev wants to save on cost or have some form of product differentiation to Midtown Bay, I am thinking the prices on launch day might not be too high aft all even for higher floor units. The kitchen appliances were from De Ditrech and toilet wares from Toto w porcelain tiles.

Wonder if they can even beat Duo’s rental then.

Smaller unit, cheaper fitout in exchange for newer amenities. Hmm...

Tiagong if buy MM u won’t get drench going to bugis mrt but not the duo :D
An la :D

DUO is connected bro.. only the M would be drenched I guess? Since Midtown Bay should have some connector from Midtown Modern.. but then again it doesn’t rain often in Singapore.

nowadays no one appreciate space? :o

See the upcoming new launch at Irwell Hill also damn small... perhaps to make it sellable in quantum wise. RV Altitude is also the case, 604sqf for a 2bed2bath. In fact, I would say Midtown Modern unit size are generous for a CCR project, 721sqf for 2bed2bath.
