In terms of quality wise, it’s probably Midtown Bay, Midtown Modern and the M in that order. But agree that one needs to be discerning in entering at the right price for all 3 projects.

value wise, I would go mm, m, mb.

cos I'm all about seamless accessibility to the mrt and mall. and mb being slightly further away and the price point is a no go for me.

m price is alright but no shelter. haha.

here's another prayer for mm prices to be within budget. :s13:

Agreed. The M has transactions crossing 3000psf now.. I’m thinking what did these ppl think about when MTM is launching only 28xxpsf (indicative). If the M high floor is 3000psf vs MTM low floor at 2800psf isn’t MTM better w it’s overall locale..

really depends on each individual's priority ba.

finishing, exclusivity, price or location etc.

personally, if I'm going the atas route, I won't consider 99 though. haha. but each to his own. :s13:

Bro, actually North Park Residences is very convenient already though and since u are an agent no need work near CBD why wanna hoot MTM. Also did u consider DUO?

my dad still frequents downtown area almost daily to meet up with his friends. and he takes the train too. and my SO works in the west, so north area not exactly the most convenient for her also.

but immediate amenities wise, really nothing much to hiam. and for yishun, we get the size. so for
bugis, size will be down by almost half. not going for the bigger sized units because we don't want to compromise on lifestyle by increasing our funds allocation to housing.

my dad don't like duo cos too quiet. he likes bustling projects. but mtm not a must buy for us. it's another option. just that the location will suit our usage very well.

Also MOP still some time away, will developer entertain this kind of person? :o Besides I dun have AIP. :o

pricing agar nia. start from 2.2xx which I will put it as 2.3m for conservative calculation. if u really want go see see look look showflat, i can bring u go down if u want.
