Closest primary school from MTM to be merged. Stamford primary to be merge with Farrer Park and move to Farrer Park primary.

Since the product is targeting family own stay, what’s the next alternative school in the vicinity? Hmmmm

Think there was a question in regards to the calling of prayers from Sultan Mosque can be heard from MTM site.

I’m standing right at the site currently and now it’s the prayer time and yes I can hear it loud and clear.

I think in the morning the call for prayers for Sultan Mosque can be heard from as far as Tanjong Rhu area.

MTM sales have been relatively steady over the last two months, with 8 units sold in April and 7 units sold in May (~4% of the remaining units per month). The larger 3b and 4bs are starting to move.

Its going to be like road noise la. Sometimes when chilling in one of the restaurant there could barely hear the call. So when you close your windows should not be able to hear it. And if you can hear it at Tanjong Rhu you got super hearing. There is another mosque near the Army market there. Could it then be the source? Anyone staying at City Gate or South Bank can hear?

Can hear from tanjong rhu cos there is this big open sea space that’s why sound travels. I went on a staycation at andaz u can’t hear it from the room think the type of glass window helps deflect any noise. It’s basically soundproof totally even from road noise. So it depends on the type of window used at midtown modern.
