Govt should build a track in tuas for those who want to race or test their vehicles.
Charge a high fee for using it. They can afford it. Shun bian offer retail space for insurance companies, panel beating services, car maintenance services and maybe and undertaker company or two.

just put speed limiter on all cars. max 90kmh.

then powerful cars will no longer be a comparison in Singapore..

take away decision making by drivers.

JDM cars 180kmh speed limited. Singapore cars 90kmh speed limited. so hard meh ?

Cycling is faster. Roads have way too many cars
Then drive.

safer, can relax, can blow aircon. Song song.

but i geddit, sweat until whole body head to toe dripping water and sweat can be very shiok. I totally get the feeling, after all, i used to be active before the perils of professional life got to me until i dun even have f*cking time for golf.

still, the roads are dangerous places. A car is a zooming rocket, a tipper truck is a flying tomahawk and a fully laden trailer is a tungsten rod dropped from Low Earth Orbit screaming towards the target at Mach 20.

treasure ur life. Thanks.

Google translate: At about 5 p.m., a middle-aged woman in a blue dress arrived at the scene and hugged a middle-aged man in tears. She was believed to be a family member of the deceased.

At about 7:10 p.m., the authorities took the body out of the Porsche sports car and took it away in a black car, followed by several trailers. As the body was severely burned, the police were unable to confirm the identity of the deceased at the time of writing. However, it is understood that the deceased was in his 30s and ran a family-owned frozen food wholesale company.

read the accounts of the driver banging on window and screaming for his life while the car burn...not a funny image to even imagine

onus of the carnage caused is all on the driver, but he already paid for with his life

at least he didnt take anyone with him and lets not kick a man down further bah...
Actually quite shiok to learn that he was screaming for his life while trapped and burning. These kind of people totally deserve their fate. No sympathy needed. Same as the Tanjong Pagar crash.

Fast & Furious, i think after missing the motorcyclist he WOT (wide open throttle) for the corner, fully committed. I think he probably spun at the bend before breaching the side metal barriers.

Need another vid closer to the bend to roughly guesstimate the speed, but for sure vs the other cars/motorcyclists that this Porsche Carerra was overtaking, it isn't below 100kmh. Absolutely no way.

It would be great if the other (black) car closer to the bend could share his/her dashcam vid.

Bonus, 30 mins prior to the Nicoll highway accident

Haiz, with these videos, as much as i want to empathise with him, the driver seems to have a death wish and is a bane on the road

Open like Nurburgring best. Drivers need to know how to safely handle slower cars when they are encountered on the track. Slower drivers also need to know how to safely yield to faster traffic.
At Nurburgring, any car able to handle 130kph is permitted on the track.
Define 'able to handle 130kph'.

Why they call him "enterprising" when he just simply took over his laopeh 30 year old business?? That's not enterprising, that's called nepotism, he is a nepo baby.

Now with his background unveiled, will garner even fewer sympathy.
Their business surely is not ethically sound..
maybe money washing, smuggling and tax evasion.. such behavior always goes along. like father like son.. flock of a same kind
