May not be the middle of the lane, but at least stay off the double-yellow lines coz (i) inviting fast-zooming cars to squeeze past you and (ii) no time to react when an unsuspecting rock or drain grating appear on the lines.

yeah, that double-yellow lines part of the road is very rough to cycle, those rock and drain grating make it more challenging. our roads are never design for cyclist.

wrong. i checked LTA, average road width is 3.2m to 3.5m. Thats also a suzuki swift, it is a small sized car.

you don’t get it dont you? how fast can a cyclist cycle? same concept as people going 60-70kmh on the first lane hogging causing traffic to build up.

trust me motorist will be fine if a cyclist can keep up with traffic, but chances are they are often slower than normal motor vehicles and hogging the lanes。 i’ve seen morning peak hour 1 spandex scum holding up 2-3 sbs buses in the bus lane. you probably dont drive

It's funny how the cyclists are trying to pass themselves as angels on the road and practically the most law abiding.

Of course there are plenty of other idiot motorists. Easily we can recount many incidents or youtube videos.

But cyclists on the other hand like to paint everything white for road cycling.

Cyclists aren't interested in sharing the road, they want to take as much of the lane as possible, want transform whenever advantageous, want to overtake cars at left turns, want to start at front of traffic lights
