i know right! and unlike hollywood movies, they don't really rely much on the BGM to create the tension. Rather it's all through their facial expression while talking lol

that doc is fox business financial report that a secret source leaked to hanzawa and hanzawa leaked to the press, report shows fox had huge loss due to failed investment. this causes fox share price to tumble and cheap enough for spiral to buy in. if found with the docs they could be penalized for insider trading and leaking info, but fox ceo came in and said he shared those reports with them and they can use those info whatever way they want hence no issue
