Haha for me I think Friday fly, Sunday back more than enuff just to visit the ice n snow festival.

But I flew back Tuesday, 2 extra days for exploration.

If gonna tour China then can take train/domestic out.

Tian Chi you need more time, taking train you need half day and tour North Korea village also take some time

Only Scoot flies direct. Only twice a week though. Should be cheaper if you are buying early.

Go in January, because high chance the ice festive not open yet

Fly to Beijing. Beijing train to Harbin.

Heng I went earlier this Jan, $200+/pax w 20kg n scoot in silence. Is better to get scoot in silence or scootbiz for China flight. trust me.

there are 2 domestic airlines from Shanghai to Harbin too.

Or you can choose the highspeed trains, which cost just as much as a domestic flight.

Only Scoot flies direct to Harbin from Singapore.

Another option is to take the high speed train from Tianjin. Scoot flies direct to Tianjin from Singapore.
