HDB qns - How to distinguish qhther the 2RM flexi BTO project includes rental flats?

If you have been to rental blocks you will see the difference. The vibe, environment and the people living there is different. Not say I discriminate them but if one spend a fortune to "purchase" a unit, I think is not fair if the unit next door is a rental. Which is TS's concern.
Yes there may be a difference but TS is purchasing a 2room flat unit. What is the big difference? Is the difference that big? Not as if he is buying a 4 room or 5 room or mansionette or pte.

I dun want to pay more to buy but still same block as rentals. Not being discriminating but feel unfair if i get same block as rentals yetpaying more
i avoided the block with 2-rm stack entirely :s13:

Blocks with 2 rooms are becoming increasing common and that's ok.

Generally it's those dedicated rental blocks that are a bit more contentious as people may come and go. Something like these.

The issue here I believe is the tenant of the rental flats. Potentially higher chance to get problematic people. It's not about the type of flat as explained by many in this thread already. So if I buy a 4rm flat then I can make noise?
