The two models you've mentioned are good choices for your requirements however, we still recommend those IEMs made specifically for sports or outdoor activities to be used in such occasions or during exercise. They can withstand light to robust activities and are sweat resistant. Perhaps you can have one dedicated IEM for your daily exercise? A lot of them are good and budget friendly.
