Head/earphones Recommendations Thread

Hey!

Looking for my first ever headphone (just to try out)
thinking of using it when i study, chill or just drowning myself in music

Budget below 100. any recommendations?

Went to Stereo @ Ion Orchard today and bought Soundmagic E10
before that was thinking between Dudu Trident & E10 but Stereo intro me the new type of E10 with better wire material. so i bought it
Service was good

just to ask if other than the warranty address given me is there anything i need do? do i need fill in warranty card in the box?

- What type of usage (music)
- File format used in your source (flac for LG and 320kbps for Sony)

- Headphone / earphone type (IEM)
- Other requirements (sound sig as flat as possible.. i dun mind both BA or dynamic driver or hybrid)
- Budget ($600)

Had tried TF10 for the V sound SIG was fun but didn't like.. tried W4 and kinda like it as it was quite neutral.. now finding a real flat neutral IEM. Heard UERM is really flat but not diving into customs yet

Should actually go for F111 but 800SGD. Really damn good, like a livelier ER4s.

ASG-1. Not neutral by any means. Very dark sound. 4.Ai not exactly neutral too. It has (very) slight bass hump.

AFAIK, Jaben has them. At least they carried the F111 back in August, not sure about now. You should give them a call before going down.

Jaben don't have 4.Ai demo. In fact they no longer have all Heir demos. They do have F111. For 4.Ai I think you should contact Treoo to arrange a meetup for audition.

think you can use q tips and alcohol to clean it once in a while

as for the eartips, a wider selection allows you to select the one that fits you the best so you can maximize the potential of the earphone

that's why a good seal is very important

different people got different ears, to me bi-flanges or medium silicone tips are just right
