yes there are other dual BAs such as Brainwavz B2, Rockit Sounds R-50, UE700 and Astrotec AX7 but the BA200 is the smoothest and least fatiguing of the lot

clarity oriented... Rockit Sounds R-50

below 200, bass oriented IEMs would be Yamaha EPH-100 (and probably Fischer Tandem?)
clarity oriented would be UE700, Rockit Sounds R-50, Brainwavz B2
if you find the above three too harsh, consider TDK BA200 or Creative Aurvana InEar3
