What's the bad effect of having low HDL?
HDL is a key marker of metabolic health, and people with type 2 diabetes often have lower HDL levels. The most important measure on a blood panel is insulin resistance. Based on your results, there may be a risk of metabolic slowdown.

Excellent result, TS! Congratulations 🎉

Now, for us to know whether you are truly healthy, please show us the data for your testosterone level.

chatGPT shared monounsaturated oil like olive oil, avocados, nuts and omega-3 fatty acids like salmon, sardines, chia seeds, flaxseeds

Ah I see. I think I know why my hdl is low liao. Cos my diabetes is borderline which may be caused by the statins I'm taking. See if Dr will adjust the dosage on my next review.

Since no choice have to take medication, so just whack food. :lick:
This is wrong bro. When one day you couldn't have access to the meds or too old body not reacting well to the meds, that's when body suddenly collapse and gone. It's better to maintain the natural and healthy way.

I seldom eat sweet and salty food, means I'm quite conscious about eating processed food. Eat oat everyday. I exercise a lot per week. But my LDL, total cholesterol, and ratio is still very high range.

But since my other cardiovascular readings are optimal, I am not very worried. Could be my genes or family history. I will want to do the lipo test to check if my arteries are in good shape. If ok, then I don't want to take meds even though my Total cholesterol is very high.

Just garbase in garbage out, from the mainstream food industries.

I got do heart surgery before so need to eat meds. If no meds or body don't react well then mati liao lo. My philosophy is eat while can, since need to take meds anyway. Don't waste the meds and exercise.

i started statins 4 months ago due to borderline high LDL. But I also don't wish to take meds after watching Barbara O Neil videos. But you mention got way to test if heart arteries are blocked? Got such technology?
