Hello HWZers,
We’re the team from OCBC Bank, and we’re feeling privileged to be part of Singapore’s busiest forum
To be honest, we’ve been reading the discussion threads for some time and were keen to see how we could join in some of the conversations where our products were being discussed. It’s been valuable feedback to learn how we could better communicate about our products by reading the threads – yes, sometimes we could be clearer! But nothing beats being able to respond directly to your questions and comments. This is why we’ve decided to take the plunge into setting up an official account here.
A few of us from various parts of the bank will try to help you out whenever there are questions or clarifications needed. In case you’re worried about us trying to sell you things you don’t need or want, we don’t want to make a nuisance of ourselves either. We’re here to help, and we will resist the urge to push you products - unless you ask us. There will be threads that we start where we talk about new products or promotions that we’re offering, but we’ll take care not to hijack existing threads with irrelevant sales pitches.
While we’re happy to take in any customer service complaints or feedback here, be sure never to reveal any personal information in the discussion threads (e.g. bank account details, NRIC, phone number). Contact us via private message instead!
