Hello can I check if link the ocbc 365 card to favepay consider eligible spending? I supposed using the ocbc 365 to top up grab pay and you trip won't be considered as eligible spending right? Thanks in advance.

It will dependent on the MCC of the transaction.

For FavePay, the transaction will be eligible for 6% Dining Rebates if it falls under the following (and you have met the minimum $800 spend):

- MCC 5812 (Restaurants and eating places);
- MCC 5814 (Fast Food Restaurants); and
- MCC 5811 (Caterers)

GrabPay will not be eligible under the 'Land transport' cashback for the 365 credit card.

YouTrip top-ups will not be eligible for 365 credit card rebates as well.

I currently have an AUD fixed deposit account and I plan to stop renewal after the current tenor ends next month. I have a few questions regarding the possible fees.

1. Are there any fees for closing the fixed deposit account?

2. Can I convert the AUD to SGD and transfer to my 360 account? What are the fees involved?

3. I just realised there's global savings account. Can I transfer the AUD from fixed deposit to an AUD global savings account? Any fees involved?

This will depend on your maturity instructions when you opened the fixed deposit account.

If your maturity instructions were to withdraw and transfer the funds out to an existing account upon maturity, there will be no charges for this.
Charges will apply for a premature withdrawal.

If you would like to apply for the Yes! debit card to be linked to your existing account, besides visiting the branch, you can also use our ATMs (if you have an ATM card):

I'm afraid it depends on the MCC coming in. As we accord the rebate based on the MCC, as long as that supermarket you're shopping from comes in classified as 'groceries' then the 3% rebate is yours

I reinstalled the banking app on iphone but cannot login because it keeps prompting for OTP which can only be generated after login the app.

Please try to delete and reinstall the mobile banking app again.
After the reinstallation, when prompted to activate One Token, please do so immediately. SMS-OTP will be sent to your bank registered mobile number for this.

I sent a secured message through online banking asking about the CNY promotion vouchers that I havent received yet.
And the reply is simply you dont have my application.
It is quite disappointing that the respond did not even ask for details and just resolved the issue like it did not deserve any further investigation or checking in your part.
I have called your call center before transferring funds and the agent even confirmed that I am eligible for the promotion.
I also got an application acknowledgement email right after I enrolled for it.
So I don't think you can just simply say I didn't apply and that's the end of story.
I just hope you can do better support than this.
