Hi OCBC,

I had received the below email. However, till date. I have not received the unit credits

We had informed you that we would credit S$100 worth of LionGlobal – All Seasons Fund (Growth) units to your OCBC Unit Trust Account by 31 December 2020. This was for the OCBC x Lion Global Investors Promotion that you had participated in.

Due to a processing error, we regret that the units will be credited to your OCBC Unit Trust Account by 31 January 2021 instead. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi, I have perform FAST transfer on 9 Feb 2021 from my ocbc account to posb account. The money in my account already deduct but i didnt receive any money in my posb account. Can you please assit me this probelm?

Call your hotline for more than one hour, no one pick up. I check the reason, it show me 'You may call us at 1800 363 3333 or 65 6363 3333 if you’re overseas'. Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks

There was an intermittent FAST transfer issue yesterday that has since been resolved. The deducted funds will be reversed back into the account.

What is this SWT10020 and whats the cause? digital key error?

Hi there,

The error message SWT10020 is due to the OneToken being out of sync.

Do try the following steps:

1. iOS: Delete and reinstall app
Android: Clear app data + cache
2. Launch app
3. Login via access code & PIN
4. Activate Onetoken as prompted the first time

I cancelled a credit card recently with outstanding balance. The card is now no longer appearing in my internet banking and I cannot pay the balance. Please advise asap

Usually you would be asked to pay the outstanding balance before the cancellation of the card is processed.

To make payment for a terminated credit card, you may do so via the following steps:

- Log in to Internet Banking
- Payments & transfers
- Pay bills
- Single bill payment
- OCBC/Plus! Credit Card: From here, you can input your main card number, and the amount to pay

Cannot log onto OCBC mobile banking now, is the OCBC mobile banking down?(Android)

I'd like to ask what's the most efficient way to transfer USD from my Global Savings Account to another local bank's multi-currency account in USD?

For 360 account the interest is based on monthly average at the end of the month means if I have 150k till mid of the month and I withdraw all 150 left $0 till end of the month I will still get the full 75k bonus interest?

Hi Gambler,

You may make the transfer via telegraphic transfer through ibanking.

For telegraphic transfers made via ibanking, no cable and commission fees will be charged. Agent fees, if applicable, will still be charged.
