To be very honest, I would rather OCBC round down the money and refund it back to the customer or hold it and reinvest that amount the next month...
Yes I second this. Why charge customers for what they didn't get?

It would be interesting if the cash dividends can be reinvested automatically instead of us raising monthly investment amount by the amount of dividends paid and adjust back to the starting amount after a deduction is done
Can OCBC implement this? This is what is stopping me from going BCIP.

Is this promo still on?

Hi there. Thank you for your interest in our fixed-deposit account promotion. Please note that fresh funds are required to open the account and for any deposits into the account. Fresh funds refer to funds not transferred from existing OCBC Bank deposit accounts or in the form of OCBC Bank cheques/ cashier’s order/ demand drafts. Thank you!

If signing up with the allegedly lifetime waiver, please call hotline to check after receiving the card. They will be able to see whether your card has the waiver.

I second that too. I sent in a message via online banking on 4 Jan and a gentle reminder on 13 Jan and till date, there isn't any reply. Just sent another email to them today and will proceed to terminate all my accounts with OCBC on 20 Jan if they refuse to address my concerns.

Where can I find more info online?

Hi limster and ProRick,

Details of this promotion are only found at the branches as this is a branch-exclusive promotion.

Happy to share the details here to save you the trip.

•Lifetime Annual Fee waiver is only applicable to new sign-ups for OCBC Titanium, Cashflo, FRANK, Arts Platinum and Platinum cards at our branches.
•Promotion ends on 31 March 2014
•Applicants who cancelled an existing OCBC card within the last 6 months prior to this promotion and re-applies for it will not be eligible.

Hope this helps!

Same over here. Email them on 23 dec 2013, again on 8 jan 2014. Only reply on 13 jan 2014. I think they need at least 3 weeks. Lots of ppl to reply.

Dear OCBC Team,
I read through Robinson Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions at terms-and-conditions-governing-robinsons-rewards-programme. There is a way stated there to transfer points from one principal cardholder to another (Point number 6). However, I cannot find this function in OCBC Internet banking. Your call center also does not have any clue on this.

Please advice how I can do this transfer points.
