I recently sign up for the 90N card and got instant approve, i have also received the physical card but have not yet activated it. I did not make any transaction on this card .

If i were to cancel this card, will i still be consider "new to bank" customer? I do not hold any OCBC card and the 90N is the first card i applied for OCBC

I was planning to use the card promo recently but decided to forgo my travel plans so the card is of no use now.

asking cause my physical token run out of battery... so i cant add payees etc

the OCBC hotline is useless. Applied CC though online platform then noticed my contact details for my CC is incorrect. Call the hotline but somehow i cannot even get though it to reach to a customer service officer. Forever line busy or system under maintenance

Drop in secured mail also no reply. really wtf

Base interest is credited at the end of each month.
And bonus interest is credited on the 7th business day in the following month.

Bonus interest for the month of January 2020 will be credited on 11 February 2020.
