Hello OCBC team,

I am working overseas and do not have my registered mobile sim card with me. I accidentally deleted the OCBC app and after redownloading the app, I am required to activate One Token. However, the app would send a OTP to my registered mobile.

Is there any way I can change the OTP to my registered email instead? I can't access any of my banking facilities and would appreciate if you can let me know if there is an alternative solution?

You will not be able to receive the OTP via email.

May we check if you have your hardware token with you? If you have the hardware token, we could get our service executive to give you a call, and assist with OneToken deactivation. This way, you will be able to log in to Online Banking via the hardware token.

Once you have logged in, you can update your mobile number as well.

In this case, it seems that the only way for you to go about this is to update your mobile number with us.

If you have your phone banking PIN or is able to receive SMS-OTP on your bank registered number, we will be able to assist you with the update via a call.

You may wish to consider updating your mailing address as well if you will be overseas for an extended period.

SG REITS dividend is taxable as the shares custody arrangement for RoboInvest is at corporation level under OCBC

I think I got the same issue too. Just stuck at the login page. The keyboard doesn’t appear . No way to log in.
