Yes, you can obtain a same day replacement at our branches. But do note that it may take around 1 hour for the replacement to be processed.

Please bring along your old token as well.

self-service to change it to digital token (OneToken) by using the ocbc app. all done in one minute...

Hello OCBC,

I made an IRAS GIRO arrangement using my 360 account (been using that for years), a few days ago I decided to change it to use my FRANK account instead.

From IRAS website, it's mentioned that I only need to apply for the new GIRO arrangement through the bank. so I did.
Now the new arrangement has been approved, but I still can see that the old arrangement on my 360 account is still active. Should I request to terminate it?

Yes you should! Or your tax payment could end up being deducted twice; we wouldn't want that to happen =)

Just log in to your OCBC mobile banking > tap the 2 lines on the top left > Pay > GIRO services

You can terminate your GIRO arrangement from there

there are people out there using ocbc (and other big institution) name for god knows what reasons.

Can legal action be taken against these ppl? I mean they are using big banks names and misleading the public.
Hope OCBC can comment on this issue as it appears there are more and more such occurences. Biz are down due to the pandemic and ppl are getting desperate for money.

but I think is an unmanned email or a bot. these kind of ppl will not reply queries.

As an added level of security, there's 3 ways to receive the one-time password

- SMS
- Hardware token
- latest is the digital OneToken

If you were previously enrolled for SMS token, we can assist to deactivate the OneToken so you can continue to log in with SMS

hello, if i have a saving account with 0 balance in it but has a fall below fee of $5 (example), and then it becomes dormant, what are the fees required, if any, to reactivate it and will ocbc backdate the fall below fee and deduct whatever fall below fee is penalised?

secondly, what if I want to close a dormant account, do i need to pay any fees?
