Hello Ocbc, in view of the recent scam, please implement a new feature for us to perform a refund to CFF from CPFIA in the Ocbc app. Now the only way is via Ocbc website. Not comfortable to login on the website....

For your information, cash balance in CPFIA will be automatically transferred back to CPF Ordinary Account if no investment transactions are given for 2 consecutive months.

If you need it done sooner, you can either do it online or at ATMs

Internet Banking :
You will need to log in to your OCBC Internet Banking > Investment & Trading > Retirement Portfolio > Refund to CPF Board

ATMs:
Insert ATM card > Other services > CPF Service

The process will take about 1-2 working days

Fall below fee shouldn't apply when the account is zerorised.

Hello, I have an account that has requirement of average daily balance of $500 else $2 will be deducted. That account has $0 for the past 3 months

1a) My question is when does OCBC usually do the deduction of $2?
1b) Which date of every month?

As I wish to deposit money back into the account so that it will be above the avg daily balance but I wish to do so after the deduction so that I won't lose $2 for nothing

Also, in the calculation for average daily balance, does the bank mean average daily balance for the month/past 30 days or is it the average daily balance over 3 months?

As I see that my average daily balance is $280+ as calculated by the system when i click into this account since Feb
