Ocbc securities account takes how long to setup?

Account opening takes typically between 7 - 14 working days depending on whether the forms are complete, and if the customer already has an existing CDP Account with SGX. Customers can submit the forms via:

1) OCBC Securities Investors Hub at 18 Church Street – (the fastest way to open an account!)
2) Any OCBC Bank Bank Branch (an additional 1-2 days required to re-route forms)
3) Mail - In (an additional 1-2 days for delivery)

Hi there. The OCBC Frank credit card comes with the Nets Flashpay feature which works like the EZ link. If you top up the Nets Flashpay on your card, you can then use it like an EZ link card. Thank you.

I know but I still prefer to use the EZ link function, works for Sentosa express etc. besides, the card does allow topping up the EZ link portion. In that case, how does the machine tell whether I want to use EZ link or nets flash pay when I tap the card at MRT station?

I don't think so. There is a CAN number associated with the card with is for EZ Link specifically.

I really hope you can extend the waiver of $5/counter for BCIP. For some of us that plan to purchase small amount of blue chip counters every month, charges of $5/counter is really expensive. One of your competitor only charge $6.42 for up to 2 counter or $1,000 and $10.70 for more than that.

If I plan to buy 5-6 counters (e.g $100 to $200 per counter per month, which is normal under monthly plan), the charges of $50-$60 is really high.

Please consider extension of waiver or other method of charging. Appreciate your consideration.

I think so too.. I'm restricting myself to only 2 counters whereby in fact I would like to buy 5 counters. Maybe they should waive the minimum $5 for those who buy maybe more than $500 total monthly

If I have a principal card and a supp card for Frank OCBC, can you enlighten me on how much rebate I will get for the 2 following cases.

Case A:
Principal card spend $1000 on online transaction. Supp card spend another $1000 on online transactions. Total $2000 spent.

Case B:
Principal card spends $300 on online transaction. Supp card spends $200 on local retail transactions.

I'm a student in Singapore Poly and I've applied for the FRANK debit card at your FRANK OCBC store. I've received the debit card and activated it. Then, I proceeded to apply for my OCBC Online Banking. I've receive it too, but I have no idea about what's the Access Code you guys were speaking, the letter that you guys sent me has nothing related to the Access Code. I'll be going to Singapore Poly there to check out on Monday, since weekends OCBC commercial banks are closed I believe.

How can I retrieve my access code? Thanks.

My OCBC token is 26-83xxx86-0.

Hi there. Here are the answers to your questions:

Case A
Main card and supp card's spending are consolidated together. The first $1,000 will earn the 6% rebate as there is a cap of $60 per month for the 6% rebate. The remaining $1,000 will be earning 0.5% rebate (no cap on amount).
You will get $60 +$5 = $65

Case B
You will be getting ($300 X 6%) + ($200 X 0.5%) = $19

Okay I've contacted them in SP just now and it's settled.

Anyway if I linked my Paypal to my OCBC FRANK debit card, and Paypal deducted USD3 from my account as confirmation. How long does it take to reflect this transaction on the e-statement? I waited about 2 days for it already. Thanks.

however after 2~3weeks i have received letters with information regarding iocbc internet services but not the broker's information...

So may i know if i will be mailed my broker's information?

Isn't ez link nets flash pay?
