I just found out that OCBC is having a roadshow today in Raffles Place at Chervon House for signup of 365 credit card. We can get S$20 cash rebate and a powerbank at the roadshow. Kindly advise when this roadshow will end? And time of roadshow please.

If I apply online, am I also eligible for the cash rebate and powerbank?

You are suppose to contact NTUC right? Go call them to terminate the giro with POSB and apply to deduct with OCBC...

Feedback on OCBC ebanking

Hi,

I would like to give a feedback regarding your online system.

One thing I find very unfriendly is that after I put in a post-dated other bank credit card payment, there is nowhere that I can go see a summary page of all the payment transaction that I have done.

This has caused me to be billed $180+ by DBS for finance charge as my manual record showed that I have done a payment arrangment sometime in May , for the credit card bill to be paid in 1st June, but it was not done. But now there is no way/no where for me to check what/where went wrong.

can be seen ma.. under pay bills, on the left there is an option to manage post dated transaction.. all transaction u made will be there.. even if u delete also will be there but status will be shown as delete..

wah, finance charge of $180+ a month.. u owe the bank alot sia... like $10k???

Still dont see anything on the left side. Think I know why, I am using ipad to access. Team OCBC , can feedback to your IT department to improve the ipad Access? Very troublesome to have to log in via a PC.

In order to be eligible for the lifetime waiver, you will need to apply for the card at any of our branches. Online applications are eligible.

I tried to correct her by posting two minutes after she posted the above...She can't be bothered to reply and was still online replying to others...So show it to OCBC, screenshot and email them about lifetime waiver as the staff over here told you so...

I notice that OCBC now are very selective in answering questions and not as active...If OCBC is too busy, I think most of us here would be more than willing to help OCBC answer so long as we know it or it is available on their website...

I realise when I login I get to choose whether to use sms otp or ocbc token authenticator.
How do I disable sms otp, I would like to use only ocbc token authenticator to login.

If you're intending to transfer funds into the account, please indicate the following:
Bank Code : 7339
Branch Code : 1st 3 digits of your account number
Acc No : Remaining 9 digits

Or you can send us a secured email, after logging in to your OCBC internet banking service.
