Help! No service from M1!

Nowadays every failure is due to power!! Good excuse!

Power Failure is usually an excuse.

Usually telco power distribution design have backup power.
When Power Grid incoming fail, immediately the battery back up will take over follow by the back up generator. When back up generator requires refuel the battery back up take over again. This cycle will repeat till Power Grid incoming is back on.

Interesting situation here... I can use LTE to check facebook, whatsapp people, BUT I cannot SMS!

I can SMS, but calls still no.

M1 called my dad just now. My dad didn't understand what the Filipino was talking then just told her "not interested". I think it's regarding compensation leh.

I dunno leh. The Filipino woman call then talk about free SMS calls or something. Then my dad dunno what she talking then just say not interested.

Oh ya, my dads line until now still cannot receive call.

My 3G back to normal. Calls sometimes can get get through, sometimes cannot. The 3G now slightly faster than usual, or maybe it's just me.

Come on M1, its causing a lot of trouble to me since I also do internet banking & registered my M1 mobile no to receive the code number from the bank!

Thinking of claiming from M1 hor!

Agreed nowadays there's no such thing as power failure being the cause! Don't bluff la, we also working in this line, maintenance check never miss hor Big Telco! So what, tai chi push the blame to Singapore Power? Try harder!

My wife and I have been having zero connection since 7 this morning until now. At the end of the day, still kenna charge monthly bill by m1.

Today not a good day for m1 customer.. I am gonna lose some sales.. As usual.. M1 won't compensate..
