Guys,

Go check out which body organ regulates, control these levels:

- HDL
- LDL
- Cholesterol
- Triglycerides

Liver !!!!!

Go check and understand will Liver causes high LDL and high Cholesterol ?

Solve the root causes !!

Most people is commonly 1) input junk and "toxic" food daily into body [processed food, sugary food/drink, fried food] or 2) not drinking enough daily water [2L per day] or 3) sleep well.

Stop eating:
- fast food
- luncheon meat, hotdogs, ham, biscuits , cakes, bread, cookies, donuts etc
- fried food (fried chicken, fried you tiao, fried pork, fried carrot cakes, fried kway tiao etc)
- sugary drinks, sweets, cakes (plenty of sugar added)
- buffet, pizzas, potatoe chips, crackers
- lousy or inflammatory cooking oil and ingredients
- mooncakes (full of sugary and simple carbs and under high heat baking, very unhealthy)
- BBQ like Bak Kwa, BBQ chicken wings

Transfats existed in most FRIED Food !!

Liver cannot handle Transfat and causes fatty liver and liver inflammation !!

Above will make your liver SICK and give one metabolic health conditions [ hbp, high cholesterol, high blood sugar etc ] or even other health conditions as toxic and inflammation accumulated and build up inside body !!!

Another factor is obesity which is also linked to food/drink intake [processed food, sugary food/drink, fried food, overeat - wrong portion].
(y)👏….plus BBQ like Bak Kwa, BBQ chicken wings will give you CANCER, worst than Transfats.

Remember regular exercises are very important also….. 🤣

The truth is fats are actually good for health.

To naturally improve cholesterol, i recommends consuming fatty fish, fermented foods, and foods rich in choline and B3 (niacin), alongside regular exercise and avoiding smoking.

If u need to short cut decrease cholesterol, u need to eat a lot of vegetables with fibre to use them to move bile so can release cholesterol...

Dont mind me asking.....Did doc ask you to eat meds? are you overweight?
Doc says monitor for 1 year. During this one year i have to exercise and change diet. If 1 year later still as high, i have to start taking meds.

Diet and exercise are discipline.

My late 30s nephew wanted to buy insurance last year but his numbers were not so good. So when doc told him about if he couldn't be disciplined to try to work on improving the numbers, he would have to start med.

He worked on diet and exercise for about a year. Numbers improved. Doc 'freed' him and he got his insurance cover without exclusions/premium loading.

Must be good organic fats. Cannot be the farm fed type where they pump lots of growth hormones, antiobiotics and other chemicals.

Fats is the same... no difference... the only diference is what the chicken or beef eat that makes the meat more vitamins needed.

But still better than eat carb or sugar.

No ah. Fats is where all these stuff are concentrated. If you eat those low quality fat like those from roast meat stalls, the farms use a lot of these stuff and they will be concentrated in the fats. So we should eat more organic meat, nuts, butter, veges, coconut oil etc. where possible.

Avoid junk food…..Always eat home cooked food….diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins ( beans, and lentils)…

Regular exercises, maintain healthy weight, no smoking, limit alcohol intake, and get enough sleep( sleep around 9pm regularly) 🤣
