Thanks for the advice. Could be sleep problem and lack of exercise.
For some people, sleep problem is one of the hardest to control. However there are always ways to improve it; just how desperate and disciplined you want it. The problem might go deeper if it's not a clinical problem. All I can say is start with simple methods first. Chatgpt can give you some suggestions.
As for lack of exercise, u will need some motivation. Once you learnt more about the importance of muscles mass in relation to blood sugar, insulin and LDL and many other health benefits, you will probably want to do more exercises, the correct types and the correct methods. You can't form a habit or a routine to exercise if you didn't plan for it or haven't get started at all. Small milestones to achieve will help to keep you going. Sports hobbies like cycling or playing ball games can get you started, if running and going to gym is not your cup of tea.
As for food, yes should avoid certain unhealthy foods if you can. But if you cannot, then at least eat in the correct sequence. Don't start with carbo food at the start of each meal. At least have a bite of the meat and or veggies first then eat the carbs. This will help to reduce sugar spikes right after your meal. Fruits or desserts should go last. Take a stroll after a heavy meal can also reduce sugar spike. I also drink some evoo if I eat too much fatty meat.
