Currently waiting for BTO complete on year 2020, will HLE must review when collecting key or it will able to use first HLE when apply for BTO selection. Coz my wife will change half day work so salary will be lesser. Hope expert here can advise.

may i ask if hdb will consider transport allowance for the hle? i tried using the calculator, i put with allowance and without, loan amount same =\

Just a quick question... how long does it take for HLE to be approved? I submitted my application on 20th Feb..and till today... still yet to be approved. Need to send email den can get a reply..but its always.. more docs needed.. and will get back to you..

For HLE for SBF, last year income was 7k/m, this year will be doubled. So if I apply HLE and SBF this year. The first HLE will likely go through as its based on last year income. If second HLE go past the income ceiling, will there be any issue. Self employed here.

I have gotten a HLE during flat selection (aka HDB loan), flat is going to be ready end of next year. At the point of key collection, could i still switch to a bank loan?

HLE validity is 6 months, ur first HLE expire already?

Hi ,

Seeking some advice on timeline.

April 2018 - apply hle and got approval $xxxK
June 2018- pay raise
June 2018 - paid deposit fee for house
Aug 2018(expected 1st appointment) - can I ask the HLE to be recalculated for new pay?

Or should I call HDB and ask for new HLE to calculate now? Normally they want to see at least 3 months worth of pay slip with new pay correct?

Finally got approval!! Aft 4mths of waiting and waiting... yayyy!!! But now im thinkin.. when should i withdraw my cpf investments? Do i do it now and house hunting or later on wen i do OTP with the seller? Usually how long does it takes for invested cpf to go back to OA?

Thus I have a full April payslip, nothing for May as ex-coy opted to settle outstanding monies on my last day, and partial June payslip with my current company.

As I am unable to upload 3 full slips, will HDB grant the loan?\

If ur partner still has a full time cpf contributed job, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Example I’ve my eye lock on unit which stated probable completion date 4Q/2020 and delivery possession date 31 Dec 2021.
I’m only able to loan up to 60% of the flat amount, may I know when is the due date for me to pay off the remaining amount?

HDB or Bank loan? Self employed also eligible for loan, just lower amount and probably more documents to submit.

Anyway, for HDB loan, the salary range for sole income to secure the loan is $6,050 to $6,806, assuming 25 years tenure.
