I also on P8pro, bought this, the battery life and charging is very good.
I just downed my contract since company doesn't allow me to get a phone separately. Got it for zero $. With a free tablet also which would allow me to not carry a laptop ... Till the next upgrade ..

One feature I am a little disappointed is that this phone cannot support 3 active line. Only 2 active line. 2 Sim or 1 Sim 1esim. My previous Samsung A55 can support 3 active line. 2sim 1esim.

I need three because I have personal number and work number. When traveling overseas, I may buy a esim for local data.

Update: My misunderstanding. I can configure 3 Sim in A55 but only 2 is active at any one time. Stupid me.

You sure Samsung A55 can have 3 active sims on? Don't think any phone can support 3 active sims so far. Always 2 active sims and you got to switch to choose which 2 to be active.

You are correct. What was I thinking. I plead dementia..... Lol. I really thought it was 3 lines. But it has been a while since travel. Preparing for a trip last night and decided to buy a esim. In the process of setting it up, I realized I cannot add 3rd esim unless I disable it. Did not realized A55 I can insist 3rd esim but in actual fact only 2 is active anytime.

Really dementia settingly in.

anyone's still got issue with Microsoft app like outlook?
Yes, Honor integration with Microsoft products aren't exactly great. Usable but not preferred.

I just came back from overseas. When you need reliable integration, it is lacking.

1. Outlook app on Honor is frequently unable to trigger the signon security authenication. It will say unable to logon. Workaround is to open the microsoft authenicator app to access your corporate account. Then re-open the Outlook to acces your mailbox.
2. Emails goes not arrive on a timely manner. This is a touch and go situation. I sometimes only see new emails when I open the app. Sometime the notification appears on the phone. Sometime don't.
3. Team notification can be frustraing. I have already open the Team app and seen the new team chat message. Yet later (minutes to hour) my phone notification indicate that new team message received (but is actually the message that I had already read).

I put it down to Honor's operating system. I suspect it is not their focus and hence does not make too much effort in these area. I would not promote the use of Honor 400 as a work phone if you need reliability. As always, the most reliable workphone is most probably an iphone.

I am struggling with the power saving function on the Honor 400. I set the timer to 30seconds. When I am still using the phone (app), the phone would black out the screen after 30 seconds. My friend claimed I was not looking at the screen and hence it will turn off the screen. I was reading epub and it still will turn off.

but honor 400 pro overall the phone is stable right for gaming
love to try image to video
No comments as I have 400 non-pro version. It is a great phone but just not for work purposes. I love the weight of the phone and the battery life. But I need it to function well as a work phone too.

Not sure if I missed some setting. When press poweroff button to close the phone after using (not shut down), the sceen locked with display that goes off after sometime, not immediately black as the usual phone.

Cannot change. To power off, press power button long enough until power off menu appear.
Alternative, go drop down setting menu, there is a power off soft key.

May I ask if any Honor 400 Pro owners can check their Play Store to see if Google Play Services for AR is installed or available for download?

I had the unfortunate experience of buying a POCO X6 Pro 5G and it does not support the above. The irony is, POCO X4, X5 and X7 series support it, just not X6. So pissed off.

Thank you.
