There is indeed lag when scrolling. Refresh rate set to high and sometime scroll fast in FB, insta, Reddit will lag. Any fix?

Magic 6 is around the corner for China release, but it will probably be quite a while before it reaches MY/SG.



Agee with DeepseaG1523 that might as well spend a bit more buy brand new SG set.

You'll possibly be looking at 5-6 months for the Malaysian set, longer for the SG one though. The Magic 5 Pro was released in April this year in Malaysia, August for Singapore. Hopefully we won't need to wait so long next year....

looking at the past few release, honor 90 series, x9b etc.. I believe Magic 6 series should launch in line with Malaysia. maybe different by perhaps 1 week or at most 2 weeks.

I think magic5 pro is still a good buy now, its really a fantastic phone for me.
Beautiful screen, excellent camera, stellar battery life.
best buy among the phones (15pm / 13T / pixel 8 pro) I bought this year

Took a leap of faith and bought this. Found some bugs where the swipe up on home screen doesn't work to get the app launcher.

Replaced the default launcher with nova and disabled a bunch of apps via adb. This phone is so smooth with an amazing camera, absolute worth the $$ with solid battery life, looking forward to see what magic 6 holds when it launches.

For quicker updated on the latest firmware. Click on 3 dots then "Select try our version".

Yeah tried this, but sometimes the swiping up doesn't work on the home screen.

Not sure if it's a bug or what, but fixed it by switching to Nova launcher, can swipe down for notifications too.

Seriously any fix to the lag / stutter on video. Reddit, insta, YouTube. The phone is near perfect but this stuttery mess is damn frustrating. For any new buyer, beware of this

Nova launcher have bugs where swipe up to kill or switch app doesn't stick. Will need to see when this will be fix

can try to turn off video enhancer
set RR to dynamic and screen resolution to high and try?
cause i have no issues of lag with this settings
