24/4 - called them again and they are waiting for parts to be delivered.

25/4 - supposedly ready to be collected but we shall see.

really disappointed with Honor's service centre for a flagship model.

Does it mean the phone is no longer IP68 after the screen replacement?

the repair is done by honor authorized service centre so it shouldn't be an issue as they are supposed to repair it back to original factory quality.

same as if you bring your iphone/samsung phone back to their service centre.

*update - honor called and said i can collect the phone later, fingers crossed the light saber doesn't come back to haunt anyone of us.

Was at the service centre and another guy just came in with a bricked magic 6 pro that can’t boot.

able to advise on the warranty claim process? Buy > Register online with proof of purchase > Anytime walk-in within 2 year period? As I'm looking to buy second-hand but many state no receipts o_O

Just make sure the warranty is registered else have a receipt. Another way is to call Honor to ask about your warranty.

Honor sg service centre still uses an excel sheet to track serial number and warranty status so I'm not sure how stringent they are.

There was another chap who brought his china v2 to honor service centre to install gms for a fee too.

Honor SG is not even on the official honor website, it's on facebook!?
and without a showroom in town.

that's why the pricing still acceptable, official resellers even cheaper than buying in MY.

Do you mean to SG Honor Service Centre to install GMS? Any ideas how much?

It just belong to Global units excluding those "delicate" 40 countries when u doing region setting.

I'm selling it the moment vivo 100pro ultra launch..This phone Giving me so much headache. Battery life not as marvellous as so many claim. Charging speed is horrible. Use the 66w wireless charger need sometimes need 2 hour to fully charge with all batt setting off.
Even the 80 watt charging need 1 hour to charge from 20+ to 100.......I do food delivery and this phone has problem with grab driver app...... 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Sub brand of Huawei is not Huawei.......
It's a sub brand.

The design and the high pwm attracted me ,always want to look at the screen despite the display resolution is not as sharp as OnePlus 12

Battery-
My usage, browsing internet with 4G+/BT/NFC/comfort eye max level 24/7 but on 60hz refresh rate ,sync off too (this is probably the one to cause battery drain)
SOT 16h over 50h standby since I don't game /heavy usage

Charging -
1% charged every 40-50secs while using the phone

From the way you described,OnePlus 12 suits you

Anyone knows if Honor has a cloud to backup the phone? On my HM6P i cant seem to find it, there is only a simple one data synchronization with notes calendar and wifi.

Previously on my P30pro , the cloud backup was very useful as can backup everything in the phone.

there is. is under settings >> account profile (top 1) >> honor cloud
