To me, 5 years is already a bonus. A phone very likely can last until 7 years. The battery will deteriorate around 3 or 4 years. Now change phone around about 4 years.

Probably for bragging rights. We can proudly say Honor has long term support. Your Apple, Google and Samsung has nothing to shout about. We are on par now.

Based on DXOMark ranking on camera. latest samseng phone is even worst than Magic 4 Ulitmate. So no need to compare with M5P, M6P, M7P.
