china rom? weird, mine is working on local set, maybe try updating playstore services if available?
Local set. Now Citi works after a few more tries, but OCBC still doesn’t. I haven’t even side loaded any apps (yet!).

For banking apps, some may need to disable the existing app before logging in to the new phone.

For OCBC, look straightforward:
Simply download the OCBC Mobile Banking App on the new mobile phone, log in using your login ID and password, then register for OCBC OneToken using the new device. Once this is done, the OCBC OneToken will be automatically disabled on the old mobile phone.

Hi!

I have done all of it. Battery optimization, App Launch, Gentle Notifications. etc. Still doesn't work. I have also uninstalled the apps and restarted the phone. still the same. :(. Actually I also noticed some other apps have notifications, but doesn't vibrate too.
Your case seems isolated. Since you have already exhausted all avenues and most of us don't have issue with the notifications, you may want to a fcatory reset and re-download the apps from scratch instead. Don't restore from any backup this time.
