I not upgrade, I lost my V2, bought moto razr 50 ultra, didn't think I'd go back to big foldies, didn't follow the big foldies trend, until v3 came along, it piqued my interest. Heard that it's 超薄，吸收力特强, couldn't resist.

Anyways, magicOS 8 is really really leaps and bounds over OS 7.
OS 7 cannot enlarge the big folder at home screen
OS 7 don't have magic eraser
OS 7 cannot open 4 apps at a time
OS 7 looks very bare (like moto). But then again OneUI is too fanciful
OS 8 have more widgets (may be due to China rom, maybe global rom won't have so many)
OS 8 more OTA updates as compared to my global OS 7
V3 better cam
Weight wise, no basis of comparison, so can't comment
Likewise for dimensions.
My Ram is 16+16gb/512

Coming from Surface duo, Fold5, Find N, N2, N3, I would say I enjoyed duo the most

Nice, ok looking forward to my v3 soon. Hope you can repair ur v2 screen at a good price

Won't the V2 get OS8 too?

I'm a pixel 7 user that's been looking to upgrade to a foldable for quite sometime.

Had my eye on the V2 form factor but it just doesn't feel refined enough compared to Find N3.

I feel the V3's could have just kept the V2's thickness and kept an even better camera or battery life. The 0.7mm really doesn't feel like anything. The V2 already felt like a normal phone.

That said, I am still looking to buy the v3, but I am still weighing the options.

Harvey Norman got sell v3? Usually for appliances they got in house extended warranty . Not sure about phone if they selling v3

Personally I will take the honor magic v3.

Currently I am using s23 ultra since June 2023. The Screen got flckering and green line issue after 4 months and Samsung sg didn't honour the warranty and blamed me for impact damage. I have to pay $380 for repair and they replaced the new screen and 6 months later. The screen issues came back..I feel samsung has serious hardware reliability issues. Before that I was using huawei mate 20 x and until now it is still function properly and it is my spare phone now . Only just got the battery change on the 3rd years.

I don't know whether V2 was pushed the OS 8 aldy ornot.
Got one point I had my V2 with the N3, while waiting to carousell it, woah cannot, N3 too heavy and bulky. BUT I agree, with u, N3's make is more refined in terms of finishing, it's a pc of art compared to V2 & 3. I'm more inclined to to ColorOS too, not too far away from OneUI. Magic OS has got a lot of work to do to catch up, UI wise. Too bare min. Eg. OneUI calls it 'Lab'. ColorOS calls it 'Special Features'. Magic OS simply calls it 'Foldable Phones'.

that how the service center CS earn commission at samsung, by denying your claim and make you pay for the repair..

Based on V2 last time, roughly how many months after launch did it take for price to drop?
