Why? Is it too crowded or their service is fxck up?

My v3 having issue on side button (kinda of Loose feel), the service centre over there keep mention the issue is due to i heavily clip the phone on my bike then the wind force damaged the side button and tell me can't use the warranty claim, which need to fork out money on the repair cost myself.. (Still under warranty that time)
I told them is your product made out of paper?
I used to use other phones on my ride in my free time without the issue also

Hi guys. Moving over from my magic v2 to the magic v5. Got a quick (and maybe silly) question - do you use the cable way to transfer stuff (prompted upon starting for first time on v5) from old phone to new phone, or to skip this step and use the Device Clone instead?

I think the cable method does not transfer the layout and previous phone app folder arrangement if any. Just wondering if the Device Clone would? And if I do both methods, will there be duplicate copy of files and images?

Hope someone can share the best way! I reseted my phone to try again...

Can check if you all can see the WhatsApp pics under pictures in the gallery?
I cannot see the WhatsApp pictures there, I have to go to albums then go to the WhatsApp media folder then I can see the pictures and videos.

Also tried doing clear cache partition after system updates my V5 seems smoother and faster now... you can do it via (unfold the phone) Power off > long press Volume Up and Power button same time > When Honor logo pop up hold for another 1-2 seconds release the power button continue holding Volume Up Until you reach recovery mode > Select wipe data (volume keys up down and power is to select) > wipe cache partition (make sure not wipe data as it resets and deletes your data) > Restart.. done...
