Mine I can access Whatsapp pictures directly from Gallery...

Ok sian, I cannot see the pics in photos, but I can see them if I go to gallery>album>WhatsApp images
I have tried clean data and reinstalling WhatsApp.
Set the media visibility in WhatsApp to yes.
Clear cache for gallery app.
But still the same.
Think I just have to get used to tap a few more times to access the pics....

Another feature that you can use for V5- copy your office card to Honor wallet (provided it's not heavily encrypted) ...works for mine..

Does it show the 66W charging logo, or just "Super fast charging"?
I wonder what is the speed when it shows "Super fast charging".

If not mistaken mine shows 66w ultra fast charging.. charge within an hour...

For those apps that have delayed notification, you can go to settings > app launch > manage manually and tick all 3 toggles. Then go to battery special access> change from allowed to not allowed.. so far after doing these my notifications are all very prompt.. not much effect on battery life..

From the initial setup page I connect cable from my Oppo N3 then copy data.. other than Whatsapp and singpass banking, all are transferred if not wrong...

Compared to the V2, these 2 phones are already better. Perhaps it all lies in the durability of hinge and screen, and the OS?

How's your experience so far vs using N5??

V5 definitely is a plus because it has desktop mode. N5 doesn't have it. I wish they can improve the desktop mode just like Samsung DEX then I don't need my laptop anymore.
Overall V5 is more snappy too except the camera start up sometimes it is randomly lag at the beginning.
Vibration both on V5 and N5 are suck btw.
Battery life, I'm not sure, N5 is not bad but V5 is so so too. I have many email both Gmail, outlook and MS Teams for work, 2 WAs, WeChat and socials as well as connected to Oppo watch X2. so the push notifications are draining battery too. It is hot when charging wirelessly on V5 and slow, dunno if Honor got a special fast wireless charger that is not burning hot.
I wish there are more options for magnetic casing for V5.

In the phone.. demo unit is old version you can't find a lot of things there...can go JB touch and feel if u want...

Tested on my original oppo charger never show any fast charging indicator normal charging speed... Aohi 140w gan charger shows 66w max super charging speed boost charging mode enabled.. another 100w gan charger also normal charging speed only...
