If I will to get the V5 I would wait a while for I have no use of the pen and tablet. I'll wait after the pre-order till Android 16 is out and the price to drop. I believe it would come in about 2 months time.

This Z Fold 7 is a bit of a disappointment in regards to its underwhelming battery life, low peak brightness with throttling and high price even though I'm on Samsung ecosystem. I have smart watch, SmartTag, smart TV, speakers and a couple of phones all by Samsung

My S24U will likely get its Android 16 update in 2 months time so I believe the V5 too. Next year then trade-in my S24U

Mean time I'll monitor the feedback on the V5 (any throttling at peak brightness and heavy gaming etc) to see whether it's worth buying. More videos and comments will appear on YT and Reddit

Really no diff from my v3..

Really can't convince myself to change except bigger battery and better camera

Really is only few upgrades..also don't forget about the camera.

Ok just came back from Honor shop after molesting the V5. Found

V5's crease is slightly deeper than Fold 7

The V5 screen brightness when set to the max is brighter than the Fold 7 (tested at Challenger under same lighting condition)

Cannot set 3-split screen with V5 demo set because one setting (Add screen) is missing in the drop down box after opening 2 screens

Was informed by the honor staff that it may be a software update issue.

then again not sure how the msians manage to unlock the feature. Probably will go jb check the difference
