How do U pick property agent?

There are easily thousands of them.

Tbh most are useless.

Before sales talk until stars and moon say will handle any issues later.

Mostly don't really care later.


Any laojiao share tips?

For rental.

Ask them how hungry they are. New launch agents will discuss kickback if they are hungry. Money, that's where i draw the line.

Don't bother with Star agents unless your property is 1M and above.

Need to ask friends & colleagues etc for recommendations lor. The current agent I have who's handling my rental condo is zai, every single thing she will settle with the tenant for me. (Well worth the 1/2 mth rental I have to give her every year).
