How long does it take for a reshell?

wah.. both um and rooth done by same staffs!?

Better off reshelling through rooth liao... cheaper -.-"

unless... they prioritise um orders =/

haha, now Stereo said its by different people in charge... but null audio said its done by same technicians... Tio smoke by haze plus both middleman....

Oh well! Inevitable haha but not stomping on either parties. Middle man also not easy

Will need to confirm on that because all we know is that they are in the same factory. Will let you guys know asap

dont be. You're paying for the UM logo. Happens alot everywhere nowadays. Most of the time you're just paying for the brand logo on your product.

If you go and reshell an add custom artwork as UM logo on your IEM, would probably cost more.

And anyway, think about it this way. You go with UM, you have that quality assurance that UM has. All the rep behind it already there. Whereas with rooth, yes it may be a budget option and same people as UM, but they're using the UM name to help bring themselves up to a level that UM is already at.

Not sure if you get my drift but don't need to feel scammed :)

Many products also use the same factories but slap on their own branding. Only difference is the sales and after sales service ma

Latest updates on Rooth and UM, Rooth is lower grade ones and UM is their main higher grade brand.

According to Kenneth from Null, yes you can since they are the same company.

I'm actually doing that for my reshell. And no, I think they stopped allowing other company logo or serials to be inscribed already due to copyright concerns or something like that.
