As of moment, it is better to self-help. I myself also running into mid-life crisis, and planning to go retirement next month. Being said, I am self helping myself ensuring I have what it takes to retire.

Honestly speaking, I will like to relax first. Thereafter I'll probably see if I can do some simple gig or perhaps opting for volunteering work though I am not a kind person by nature.

It's fluid and dynamic for me.
