You may also be naturally blessed with good genes and good physical constitution.I hardly fall sick. I don’t exercise and sleep late ( around 12am ) . I eat junk food , white rice ( extra rice somemore ) with curry sauce . Meat lover , beef my fav. Spicy oily stuff like mala also my fav. Drink 5 cups of coffee per day. Never drink plain water. Doctor difficult to earn my $ , at least for now. Add on is I don’t smoke or drink alcoholic beverages, not even beer since day 1. I guess this helps

simplest way, for smokers - stop smoking. For non-smokers - cut sugar intake.now sick with flu.. and have been sick for 10 days.. keep coughing non stop..
