Not in our case. SG is expensive lol. If you look at fresh grads ah, the locals stay at home with their parents, the foreign ones need to pay rent leh, how to ask low?

There are also the well-off ones, overseas good university degree, staying in condo (parents paid), etc. Won't act like a beggar one. In fact this kind usually high caliber, we need to fight with other MNCs to offer them.

From what I know, they used to invest heavily in Singaporean properties, and stocks in international technology companies. Properties wise, they do own several residential properties peppered around the island, and also several commercial properties, like shophouses, in town.

I think they may have recently liquidated some of their stocks to help finance their investments in the medical tourism sector within the region.

So I guess we are definitely not an old money family, but we are comfortable. Not that their assets mean anything to me since they have been telling me that I "wouldn't get a single cent from them if I keep going how I am going" since age 12.

Local applicant : my last job, i just follow instruction. what my sup says i follow. also huh, I wanna know what is this role work scope

Foreign applicant: my last job, i do this xxx, yyy, then i know how to do xx2. for zzz i only know abit. So for this role i am interviewing, i want to know what is the challenge and career progression for this position

Open your golden mouth and say it. I'm serious. Hint so much no use. Just say it. When guys like a girl, they also don't hint and hint non-stop. They have to just say it outright, or nothing will happen. Btw, i'm a case where my wife was the one who went on the offensive. She hinted for almost a full year, but i caught none of the hints. We got together after she stopped hinting and just opened her mouth and said it.

I'm sorry but traditionally, guys are the givers and girls are the takers in every relationship. When looking at normal relationships, girls may have negotiating power because she can often find another guy who is willing and able to give her more. But at the level of top 1%, girls don't have negotiating power anymore, because at that level, nobody else is willing or able to give her more.

To have an edge, you need to be able to contribute something back to the relationship. Obedient beauties are a dime a dozen so that won't work. Do you have connections or anything else that can help him with his career or whatever? If not, tough luck...
