yup i know. i have sold acer for the past 4 pc shows. but i just do not find acer durable. i have no problems with their desktops (cos the acer desktop lasted me for more than 3 yrs without a single problem, except a super loud fan). but i have had 2 very bad experieces with their laptops. i just think they aren't durable enough...and the fact that the are cheaper than the rest makes ppl actually think that acer is well, cheap...if u get what i mean. so i'd still choose HP over acer even tho HP is expensive than acer. it's like...if u wanna have a surgery, u dun look for a cheap doctor. u look for a doctor who'd do a good job. u look for a doctor who u trust.

P.S. i know that u avidly support acer and there's totally nothing wrong with it..but to argue that acer is better than HP in a thread dedicated to a HP laptop...hmm. u just know that ppl are gonna disagree cos well, it's a thread for a HP laptop!

You can just order via phone. fax or email the copy of the school matriculation card. primary is ok, so long as it's MOE's school.

For details, just give hp a ring.

Those interested in getting this lappy can PM me too as I'm working in HP. We can work something out regarding the referral vouchers...

Cheers!

The 12cell bat is selling for $199 at hp. It is confirmed that there's no finger print reader for dv4-1301.

Great. So the 12 cell should be able to last at leat 4 hours. Total cost will be $1500. good buy.
