The touchdroid build is still alpha with lots of things not working... Don't recommend anyone to flash. I believe they released it for developer purposes, for other devs to jump onto it and contribute.

On a side note, I'm tempted to flash Ubuntu but the instructions are humongous =(.

I got it. Im loving it... Very sleek, good grip, size doesn't make the tablet anywhere considerably bulky although it does add a slight bit of weight. I like how the flap can prop the tablet in 2 orientations. However theres nothing to secure the flap down also and I forsee that as an annoyance to some.

I have ubuntu running in my TP. The setup was tedious for me as I need to download stuff into my Mac (Xcode, etc) but as long as you follow the instructions (found in the internet), it should be ok.

But don't expect too much from ubuntu in TP. Although you can have firefox and chromium, the flash doesn't work well. Also many ubuntu apps cannot run. Something about the ARM processor. Similar comments are made in precentral forums. The good thing is you can now do powerpoint slides in the TP through LibreOffice.

Hi,

There are alot of pics and comments over at XDA which suggests that the original IPAD 1 not IPAD 2 casing fits perfectly with the Touchpad.

Its alot easier to find IPAD casing in Singapore. Maybe you want to give it a go.

Amazon is selling IPAD 1 casing at about 10 bucks US. Look fantastic. All branded like Targus, Philips etc

Nope, nowhere to keep the cloth.. Although I also would love to have a small compartment to keep the cloth so I can use it to wipe my screen..
