Hows the screen sensitivity of the HP Touchpad?
Mine seems to have issues with the "a" button on the keyboard with the speakers pointed up..

Worth every cent. I love the Webos interface. With the latest patch, the device is snappy and responsive. Only downside is the lack of applications, but that is easily resolved by loading Android and dual booting.

Waiting for someone to port ICS to Touchpad, or write an Android emulator before shifting to Android.

No it won't. What I do is to setup my Android phone as a hotspot and use it. Drains the battery like hell on the phone, but its a workaround for the lack of 3G on the Touchpad

Just installed Android (CyanogenMod Alpha 2) in my TP and I'm surprised that it is very stable. I am able to do almost anything and now my TP is almost a mirror image of my Galaxy S2.

I have Seasons Live Wallpaper, Beautiful Widgets, GO launcher+keyboard, PowerAmp and many other apps and they all work perfectly. Really good!

Woahoo, just got my touchpad, very nice but applications wise lousy. Anywhere to buy the pouch or only available from HP original $30 cover?

WebOS sucks!!! Will have to go for android asap!!!

Dear ppl, I read and preparing my tablet for CM7. But I know that there are alpha 1 & 2. Beside 2 the updated version (still going under testing with many bugs to fixed), alpha 1 looks easier to root.

So what are the difference? Does Alpha 2 still have many bugs and alpha 2 is more stable? what are their pros & cons? Sorry, I didn't gone thru the entire thread on this yet but can anyone point out or link me to the discussion thread (if have?)

I never tried alpha 1. But I thought installing alpha 2 was easy? Just download the 4-5 files and put them in the TP. Then execute ACMEInstaller via novacom from your PC and you are done.
