I think you meant only tablet can view 1080p max? Cos i know some mobiles, like samsung note 4 with higher resolution, is able to view youtube with the 1440p options.

depends on your set, some amazon customers complaint of the light bleed when watching movies. mine set does not have, it is only visible when you boot up the device
