Eh bro. Really doesn't work that way lah. Like I said in my previous post, just because the phone comes with some free gifts, doesn't make it a problem.

I can give you so many examples, like the S8 occasionally getting a free wireless charger. That does not mean there is a problem with the wired charging.

M1 is giving 32GB MicroSD with the U11. Does that mean that it's 128GB storage is too low?

The One A9 had a free water flask given by SingTel. Does that mean that the One A9 was bad at holding water when it is a phone and not a water holder?

free powerbank doesnt means the phone battery is bad. please change your mindset.

also, the freebies applied to telco / lazada PO only.

yeah very snappy. comparing with xzp. U11 felt slight faster when loading app, thanks to 6gb of ram.

From Singtel: Dear Customer, unfortunately HTC has further delayed the Blue U11 shipment. We truly apologise for the inconvenience & will deliver a Silver U11 for your use in the meantime. The HTC Service Centre will gladly swop it for a Blue U11 once available. To change/check delivery info, call 1688 by today, 4pm.

just got it from M1. It comes with a 32GB SD card and a letter to redeem a leather case in July. Superb camera.
